Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 plus comprehensive benefits package.

Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance at the start of employment and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) Clearance.

About the Role. G2 Ops supports mission-critical defense and technology initiatives by solving complex operational and engineering challenges. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Scrum Master to support agile delivery teams working on NAVWAR program.

In this role, you’ll facilitate Agile delivery, improve team coordination, and help multidisciplinary teams deliver mission-focused capabilities while working alongside developers, engineers, product owners, and Government stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement activities.
Guide Agile delivery teams in establishing clear, achievable sprint goals aligned with program priorities and customer needs.
Identify, track, and help remove impediments that affect team progress, delivery commitments, or mission outcomes.
Coordinate across developers, engineers, product owners, and Government stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and delivery objectives.
Maintain visibility into sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers and communicate relevant information to team members and stakeholders.
Support product owners and team members in maintaining actionable, prioritized backlogs and well-defined work items.
Use Agile metrics and team feedback to identify opportunities to improve predictability, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.
Facilitate retrospectives and other continuous-improvement activities that result in measurable changes to team processes and execution.
Promote consistent Agile practices while adapting team processes to program requirements and the needs of the NAVWAR customer environment.
Support coordination of technical milestones, schedules, priorities, and delivery activities across program teams.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

Experience with Agile program/project management and Scrum team facilitation
Knowledge of Scrum, Agile delivery frameworks, sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting DoD or government programs
Familiarity with NAVWAR programs, Navy acquisition environments, Agile software or systems delivery, and cross-functional engineering teams
Relevant advanced certifications or specialized training
Experience working in cross-functional or customer-facing environments

Compensation & Benefits. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
